I care about your health & happiness.

I focus on what you gain, not what you lose

Hi, I’m Anna. I’m a bachelor qualified nutritionist based in Christchurch, New Zealand and I’m on a mission. I want to change the way people view their bodies, particularly women after menopause. I help you feel your best, no matter your life stage.

My qualifications

Bachelor of Health Science (nutritional medicine)

Approved practitioner of the Food Freedom Framework

Associate Registered Nutritionist with the Nutrition Society of New Zealand

Struggling with energy and motivation? I’ve been there too

I struggled my whole life with digestive issues. It took me years to find a diagnosis and I’m pleased to say I’m now in remission. However, my struggle took me on a journey to discover how much our nutrition and what we eat can affect women’s health.

I studied a Bachelor of Health Science degree at the Australasian College of Natural Therapies and Torrens University in Brisbane, Australia and am now an evidence-based practitioner.

I am an associate registered nutritionist with the Nutrition Society of New Zealand, which means I hold an approved qualification, meet the professional criteria, and I stay up-to-date on evidence-based information and research.

I am always learning and growing, so I can share what I’ve learnt with other women. I am an approved practitioner of the Food Freedom Framework, giving me insight and ability to help women who are struggling with disordered eating.

My unique approach to health

When I think about nutrition and people’s health, I focus on what you gain, not what you lose. Rather than looking at food restriction or weight loss, I focus on life longevity, blood sugar regulation, blood pressure regulation and hormone regulation.

I use a holistic, evidence-based approach to understand the underlying problems, not just the symptoms.
