Women’s health
Do you have PCOS, endometriosis, suffer from heavy or painful periods, or want to get pregnant? You’d be surprised how much your hormones influence your diet and your health. As a nutritionist, I work with your diet and lifestyle to help you feel your best self.
Digestive
If you’ve been putting up with bloating, gas and other uncomfortable digestive issues, it doesn’t have to be that way. I use evidence-based knowledge about the gut-brain axis to create a holistic approach. I aim to improve your digestive issues in a way that will also suit your lifestyle.
Stress
During stressful times, we often eat unhealthy foods. This may help us feel better initially, but after the blood sugar spikes, we become even more irritable. I work with you to understand which foods to turn to in times of stress. I don’t believe in restriction or guilt. It’s about finding foods that help you feel your best self.
Thyroid conditions
Thyroid disorders are more common as we grow older and affect more women than men. Nutrition plays a big role in thyroid health. I work in partnership with your healthcare team to understand which nutrients you might be deficient in and create a plan to help reduce inflammation and improve your symptoms.
Disordered eating
I help people break free from binge eating, emotional eating, and chronic dieting. My approach is to include, don’t exclude, focusing on what you gain, not what you lose. Together, we’ll build a peaceful relationship with food, grounded in nourishment, self-compassion, and lasting freedom from disordered eating patterns.
Menopause support
My goal is for women to be in great health at menopause. I work with you to understand menopause and help create a menopause diet plan that makes you feel good. It’s not about what you lose. It’s about choosing a lifestyle to help you feel energetic, healthy and happy.
Sleep
When we’re not getting enough sleep, it can affect so many things - our diet, our mood and the way we work. Nutrition can have a lot to do with inadequate sleep, as it can affect the hormonal pathways needed for good quality and quantity of sleep. As a nutritionist, I can work with you to make the changes you need to get a better night sleep.
Autoimmune conditions
Whether you have type 1 diabetes, coeliac disease, lupus or one of the other 100 autoimmune diseases, your diet can have a big impact on your symptoms. I have completed specific training in how nutrition relates to various health conditions and can provide support to help reduce your symptoms and feel your best.
